Ashleigh decided she wanted to have a Frozen birthday party.
We served a beautiful cake (not done by me!), frozen popcorn (popcorn with a purple, sugary glaze on top), icicles (mozzarella cheese sticks), frozen hearts (white chocolate covered strawberries), Kristoff's ice blocks (blue Jello cubes), Sven's snacks (carrot sticks), and melted snow (water) to drink. We were stuck having the party inside because the weather was cold and rainy. It was fun but packed!
She loved opening her presents. She got really great toys!
We hit the Pinata (had to modify it a bit since we were inside)...
Ha. I just love Jeanette's face here!
I *think* Miriam may have found a sweet treat from the pinata...
Then we played "Pin the Nose on Olaf". So funny watching these preschoolers trying to figure out how to cheat!!
Then the kids played around for a while and the parents sat back and relaxed...for about a minute. :)
Best friends and their mommies
Our first family picture with a FOUR year old! :)
(Note: It is now early November, and Elsa and Anna balloons are STILL inflated and hanging out in our dining room!)
