Two weekends ago, we awoke to a dusting of snow. We only got 1/2 an inch of the white stuff, but it was still a nice surprise! We got bundled up and took Arden on her morning walk. We also brought along our new “toy” to capture some neat pictures.
Last weekend, Huntsville hosted the Rocket City Marathon. We found out that the road in front of our apartment was on the marathon route! Matt created a playlist on our computer of songs that marathon runners might like (“Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey, “Marathon” by Rush, “Chariots of Fire”, etc) and he blasted the music as the runners ran by. We stood down beside the road and cheered them on. Once again, this was a fun chance for us to use our new camera!
