We went to DeGroots Strawberry Farm to pick some strawberries. Now that we have a deep freezer to use in our basement, I wanted to stock up on fresh, sweet strawberries. I told the troops to collect as many perfectly red strawberries as they could find. We ended up with almost 15 pounds of berries collected in about an hour!
We hopped on the trailer on the back of the tractor and off we went! Ashleigh was really excited!
Miriam did great on Matt’s back. Whenever she got fussy, we would just hand her a strawberry to eat!
On the way back, Miriam kept stealing strawberries from our bucket!
Of course we had to go pet the goats while we were there.
We have loved eating all these strawberries!
