We had a lovely time celebrating our nation’s independence by spending time with some family. On Sunday, we spent the day with Matt’s dad and stepmom and their extended family. We watched a parade in their neighborhood, ate delicious hamburgers, and celebrated with the newlyweds, Katie and Dave.
On Monday, we went over to my parents’ house to celebrate with my granddaddy and uncle. We ate some delicious barbeque and had fun watching Ashleigh “swim” in her new swimming pool.
What a fun-filled weekend!
