Puddle Fun!

We went to the playground today with Ashleigh’s friend Aaron because the temperature finally rose about 30 degrees. (It was actually 70 degrees today!) However, we have had lots of rain so there were lots of puddles. So Ashleigh had a blast splashing in the puddles!

Reading stories

This girl amazes us with her ability to read a story a few times and then be able to “recite” it back to us. We got David Gets in Trouble from the library a few weeks ago, and she loved “reading” that one to us. Her current favorite book to “read” is The Grouchy Ladybug by Eric Carle.

Enjoy! Smile

Flower girl debut

Ashleigh had the honor of being a flower girl this weekend in Matt and Katy’s wedding. Their son is just a couple of weeks younger than Ashleigh, and they are very good friends. They asked Ashleigh to be the flower girl, and she got to wear a beautiful purple dress and ride in a satin-covered wagon and toss out rose petals! She did such a great job!

Michigan State women's basketball game

We went to a Michigan State women's basketball game with about 20 other members of All Saints. Ashleigh was so excited about going and talked about the "babbetball game" all day! It was very cold but fortunately we didn't have to park too far away from the Breslin Center.

Someone just couldn't handle all the excitement! :)
